  Went to this doctor with some issues I was having. He immediately tells me he suspects diabetes or pre diabetes. So I go for blood and urine and get told the test results would be back Monday. I called Monday and the recep casually tells me my doctor won't be back till Wednesday and he will definitely give me a call. On Thursday after hearing nothing I phone them again and she casually tells me "oh yeah the results are back but you need an appointment" may 1st I've been offered. 12 days after my test. How can you tell someone they might have a serious illness than refuse to give them the results unless they wait 12 days. They are sitting there in a file and no one will tell me what it says. I'm disgusted. I'm scared. I just don't even know how it's legal to do this to a person. If you are actually worried about your health this is the last place you would want to go. Too lazy to even pick up a phone, they make you chase them

  This is my first review I’ve written.
  If I could leave 0 stars I would. Been going here since 2010 when my son was born. Was a good practice at some stage. The last 12 months has really gone downhill. Constant waiting for over an hour with no apology/excuse from reception staff just expected. Then when you ask the dr you get told ‘their time is more important than the patients’ (Dr Pradeep).
  Changed to Dr Lin as I was told Dr Pradeep will no longer see me.
  Next appointment was fine only 40 minutes waiting.
  Today however back to over an hours wait time and told that the computers were to blame. At least we got an excuse even if it was a lie. No apology again just expected to sit quietly and calmly. Piss poor time management and reception staff. Dr Lin is a good Dr won’t be long before she leaves like the rest of the good ones. Dr Pradeep was rude, arrogant and condescending. Will be looking for another practice as this is no longer the ‘family’ medical centre it once was.
  
  ** update 28/4 Had a phone call from the owner today Lyn telling me she read my review and was extremely mad. After a lot of back and forth and making excuses with not one apology I got told they are not the right practice for me and my family when I said that’s fine you can transfer our family medical records to another clinic for free she said she would only do it out of curtesy if I take down my review. Extremely disappointed that I have to be blackmailed into getting my own family’s medical records. Please do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for a Dr surgery would hate for someone else to have to go through this especially someone going through medical issues. **

  I booked a telehealth. My appointment was at 3:10 but I didn’t get the phone call even after 4:30. I called this clinic and asked what was going on. The receptionist rudely said that I booked a face to face appointment and I would be charged a cancelling fee because I didn’t show up. I politely told the lady that I certainly booked a telehealth but she repeated that I had a face to face appointment arrogantly. I hanged up then a doctor called me soon. Yes, I was right. The receptionist was wrong. But I didn’t get any apology.
  
  I became extremely ill on Saturday. I had a severe headache, nausea, vomiting, lightheadness, chill, feaver, etc. I booked a telehealth at this clinic on Monday because my usual GP was booked out until Tuesday. The only thing a female doctor did for me was prescribing me a strong painkiller. She told me to drink a lot of water and take a rest. She said antibiotic wouldn’t work. On next day I felt worse so I booked a face to face appointment to describe my symptoms better. It was a male doctor. I needed an urgent help so I couldn’t wait to have an appointment to see the female doctor again . Then the male doctor told me off regarding to the facts that I didn’t see my usual GP, I didn’t wait a few more hours to see the female doctor, I wasted his time which he could have seen his patients while he was seeing me. He repeated this three times. All he did for me was checking my temperature and blood pressure. He said that it was just a cold and antibiotics wouldn’t work too.
  I ended up at the emergency at the night. They conducted my blood test and urine test straight away and found out I had a very bad kidney infection. Not a cold! I was admitted to the hospital and given a lot of antibiotics drip for a few days!
  The doctors of this clinic were neglectful about their duty. I paid $80 for those meaningless appointments

  Waited over an hour past my appointment time and the reception staff were unhelpful and unapologetic. I was told that I would just have to wait until the doctor was finished with the patient they were seeing and they were unsure when that would be - the patient had already been in there for more than half an hour. We left before seeing the doctor and reception staff seemed shocked that people won’t accept being treated like their time doesn’t matter. Incredibly rude to not even receive an apology.
  On a side note - I overheard another man in the waiting room upset at staff because he had been waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes, there was no apology for him either. Obviously won’t be re-attending this clinic

  Was a new patient at this gp. Have to say it's great being able to see a doctor next day and not have to wait. Wait times have been very minimal if at all. Staff have all been so lovely to me, reception, nurse and Doctor Yuan have all been outstanding, especially when I felt like a hassle forgetting my paperwork and calling to move appointments. Definitely can recommend this gp and will be coming back!
